Your exercises look solid. It looks as though you have made some nice combinations of exercises. Using kegel/R-Kegels during stretching is definitely a bonus in the length department. Red Zulu has done some of the body position exercises (leg up, body back-forward, etc.) so you should definitely check out his work. I also like the double handed palm down grip. It reminds me of the Alpha Stretch. Keep up the good work and the creative Input! New exercise work is always a great contribution to the Penis Enlargement community.
