So I have had no success with my recent attempt at gaining length. I'll be getting a vac extender as my foreskin is truly obnoxious about not letting me do normal manual stretches.
Routine
Morning, 10 minutes directional stretching with suction head, 2 10 minute cock ring edging, 50 erect jelqs after each, 20 minutes bathmate, then wear extender.
Every 2 hours do the stretching edging jelqing until the fourth set where I bathmate again.
Still going for girth, just at a slower pace because I don't want to get too far into the pain zone with my lady. Also wondering if it's a good idea to use the leg strap at a lower tension for passive pe and flaccid gains. Like, could I use less suction during that time and not really have to worry about damaging anything.
All told I'm after 10 hours a day and I would love to hear anything that might make a good routine a freak routine.
