The glans cant handle too much intensity from the weights either so hanger probably best option

I started my journey of hanging yesterday for the 1st time, although I've been in PE for over 18 months I've never hung before.
My length gains have been painfully slow!

I'm using my LM for my hanger of choice. I plan on following the Hardcore Hanging model. I did 1 20min set yesterday in the morning and 1 more before bed. I'm going to get at least 1 set in a day, more if time allows.

I am starting with a modest 5lbs and will work up to the big weight safely over time.
Surprisingly with just 5lbs I felt a good stretch and some mild lig soreness today. For wrapping I used the black sleeve that came with the Stealth and on top of that I place 2 cotton pads(the oval ones to remove make up) on the top and bottom of my shaft. I place the hanger about .75" above ridge of glan.

My routine is going to be solely for length and after I'll work on girth.

At work i wear my stealth to stay extended. Once I get home and workout I'll put on my PF for a few hours, then I'll get in at least 1 20min set hanging then put my PF rig on for the night.

I haven't measures myself in a few months, but my last stats were:
Bpel: 7"
Nbpel: 6.25"
Bpsfl: 7.75"
Beg: 6.125
Mseg: 5.5"

I figure if I post this and follow up with my progress it will keep me on track. Also help any brothers with there journey.

Days 1-3/ 5lbs
Days 4-10/ 7.5lbs
Day 11/ 8.5lbs (3) 20min sets

Most days are a single 20min set. Maybe 3 days with 2-3 sets.
EQ is way up! I'm super horny. Flaccid is really nice.

I wanted to know if I should just keep adding 1lb every week until I feel I need to slow down? Or should I ride out every weight for a few weeks and get gainz from light weight while I can? I just assume lighter weight with only 1 set isnt enough.

You should only add weight when you feel comfortable with your current weight. This is something you got to find out for yourself, because what do comfortable mean to you? To me it just means no pain, but I would be lying to you if I didn't feel a heavy strain on my dick on my 20 min sets. By the time I reach the 5 min mark I am dying to take it off, just be careful and get to know your body.

Also start a journal in the Routines/Progress section, its better for you to track your progress and better for us to give you accurate feedback.

I started out at 2.5 lbs 6-20 min sets BTC. I never could reach fatigue. I kept moving up and up weekly. I am now at 20 lbs 1st set, 22.5 lbs 2nd set and 20 lbs 3 rd set. By the end of the 3rd set im doing everything I can to ride the fatigue wave and finish the 20 mins. After that I wrap my penis in a heating pad for 10 to 15 mins before and after hanging . Then I do 100 jelqs then I strap on the ADS and wear it until bed time. Hot shower bathmate for 5 to 7 mins...I havent seen any gains as of yet I've only been doing it for 2 months. My lig is sore all
the time now, its a good sore if that sounds right...I only have enough time for 3 sets a day.

This thread is really interesting! Instead of the 4+ hours a day the OP just did 20 minutes a day. And got good results! I would be interested in hearing from more people who did such a low volume routine.
