I think I understood it, maybe I'm just making it more complex than it really is.
For instance, say I was using the band the same way tef1 is. I have no indication of distance since I'm not standing (laying on bed), I would have to gauge by tug, visually, make sure I'm placed from band mounting distance the same length of my stretched out leg or actually measure my point a/b distance.
I get it in terms of standing though. If I was to plant 1 foot in the middle of the band I would be @ around 28" from penis tip to the ground (not including hanger hook or band clamps (which probably both equate to somewhere around 5-6")). I would then be looking @ around 8-10lbs using the green band and 48-52lbs w/ the yellow band (rated @ 70lbs).
