Soy has been proven to increase estrogen levels. I would stay away from it.
Hormones will make you gain muscle without working out. You will just gain more if you do workout. hormones, diet, working out, in that order. You can work out all you want but if you have a test level of 100 and a matching e level, then nothing will happen as far as gaining muscle goes
If your eating dirty meat and sugar then yes you should change that. Organic free range chicken, grass fed beef, and free range organic eggs are all great protein sources.
I'm unaware of monks being part time ninjas, I'll have to look into that. If you talking about tai chi, that isn't much more than standing around and pointing in different directions, I wouldnt call that a martial art
