My setup is homemade, based on a post I saw on this forum, by I "stillwantmore". Anyway I wrap a piece of cloth around my penis and use a piece of braided nylon hose, which I cut to size, overtop of that. I hang the weight from a hole I bored in the end of the hose and use a hose clamp to tighten the whole contraption and hold it in place.
Sometimes, it will pinch my skin, but I can tell when it is doing that, and after playing around with it for a few minutes, I can usually eliminate the pinch. Using what I guess is about a pound, I feel a stretch on the top of my penis where it meets the body. It feels kind of good but kind of hurts at the same time. Using 2.5 lb, I do experience some discomfort from the hanging device itself, i.e. pressure on the head, but this is nothing compared to the somewhat intense pain from what I believe is the actual stretch. The pain is definitely at the top of my penis where it meets the body.
I've been hanging with the 1lb for 10 min. Followed by some jelqs. I've also been doing some manual stretches. I know it can't be working already (after less than a week) but I really thought I was like 5.5-6 inches EL. Measuring Thurs, however, it was definitely a good 6 in, if anything it is slightly more, but not by much.
I'd be happy to get to 7" EL, but more would be nice. Haven't thought much about girth yet, as I believe that is around 5".
