Last night I got a BM session in. Tried to do a few BM Hardcore Stretches, mainly focused on doing kegels though and trying to stay fully erect. 250 kegels trying to ensure the full release and almost push at the end.

Stretching today was 3 sets of 30s bundles in both directions. Then 1 round of stretches by hand, then 2 rounds with the LM but the first were 30s and the second were 45s.

Followed the stretching session with a great BM session. I was able to use "inspiration" which always leads to a more beneficial pump.

Wish I could hide a Fleshlight in the house. I'm sure putting one in a BM while watching �naked people movies� for 15 minutes would make most men's girth explode.
 
I'd really like to see how it feels along with what kind of results I'd get by cramming the Fleshlight 'innards' into my Goliath and then pumping to my hearts content...

I'd imagine that would be an edging girth session the whole way through.

I move around a lot at work and try to drink a lot of water which means I go to the bathroom quite a bit most days. Both could present an issue.
 
Got 95% of my stretching in. 1 round by hand and 2 with the LM. Didn't do the final upward stretches. I was getting pretty sore and needed to rewrap so I skipped them. All my other stretching was pretty intense though so I'll be fine. Plus I've got things to get done so.... yeah.

I also drink a lot of water even at night time. Drinking so much water makes me piss too much and some times I have to wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Does this happen to you too?

Yes however it's been happening more the past month or so. I've also had a weaker urine stream for 2 months. I don't know if it's my water intake or another problem (enlarged prostate, bladder stones, late complication from my hernia surgery, etc). I need to make an appointment and have the doctor check me out.

What I have also noticed is my pain from the hernia surgery is getting better finally. Normally I walk 5+ miles total between walking to and from work and all the walking I do at work. That alone should've loosened everything up over months but it hasn't. Between running, stretching, and PE I think I'm giving the muscle more elasticity (making it softer and able to move easier). It has been stiff like I'm flexing it since the surgery at all times. Now it's getting softer.


Did a BM session last night with 200 kegels. Had I of known I was going to have sex after I would've skipped the kegels. Harder to use them during sex when they've already been worked.

No stretching this morning and probably not stretching tomorrow morning either. Too much going on. I'm okay with this as I'll still do girth work. I think I'm gaining length easily, girth is a little harder.

You will be just fine! Sometimes we get in what we can when we can, life can be hectic. Getting in something when in these busy times is important to keep yourself motivated. So good work!

I'm glad your pains from the surgery is going away gradually. I gain girth easily but length is tough for me and that's why I'm giving length all my attention for now. I was once told that I shouldn't be drinking too much water at nigh time. maybe I need to stop drinking water once it's 6pm in my country. The sky becomes dark from 7pm and becomes bright from 6am in my country.

I wish we got dark at 7pm, it is 9pm now! I go to bed at that time. In the winter it gets dark at 5pm and that is my favorite.

Despite missing your length some times, you will still make length gains as long as you are using the bathmate. I like the fact that your bathmate routine seems to be consistent and I believe it will also make up for all the off days you take from doing length work. Your cardio workout will also help with gains as well. A lot of people (including myself) won't be able to do PE if they were busy like you. Keep up with the good work.

I have been staying busy but I'm okay with that. When I do have to skip things or simply want to it's almost a welcome break. Being busy is good, gives me things to do and a sense of accomplishment. Getting the BM session in is easy since I always shower at night. PE is a marathon so all those things add up.

I did get a BM session in last night with great EQ. I guess some nights my imagination is better than others. I'm debating right now if I want to rush in a stretching session since I had to skip my run. I think I've got time to do it before I have to leave.
 
Managed to squeeze in 1 round of 45s LM stretches. I hate being rushed but I couldn't go 3 days in a row without any stretching. I'll be back on track very soon.
 
You are doing great things with the little time you have for PE.

Got in my BM work last night and starting to see better numbers on the guide.

This morning I had to choose between PE and running. I chose to go run and then got in about half of a stretching session.

My hours at work have been changing a little and it throws off when I go to bed. I simply don't get up early enough to get all these things done some days. Other days I have things going on before work. The next few weeks my with schedule is staying the same as this week. I'm adjusting to an earlier time so I should be okay.

I do BM work almost every single night. A few nights ago I went to shower and since I was tired I forgot to grab the BM from the bedroom. I figured screw it, I'll skip it tonight. Then I remembered I had left it hidden under the sink. Did that BM session.

Last night I got a BM session in and I think I was getting the reverse kegel done right. I'm trying to find a way to go from kegel to RK while in the BM. It's an interesting endeavor. Got a decent pump from the BM.

Forgot my wife was home so I didn't get length done this morning. Also won't be able to tomorrow which sucks. A lot of nights I forget to stretch a little before my BM session and since I'm trying to make my BM sessions longer I've been skipping jelqs. I spend far too long in the bathroom at night, any longer will raise serious suspicion.
