hi

so i been peing for 3 weeks now since i have returned

and always when i pump after some weeks i cant get an erection anymore

this is one of many attemps of me trying to gain girth and this is exactly the problem why i couldnt succed

why is this happening and what can i do to stop this ?

i use the dp 4000 and i am using dynamic pumping

the vacuum pressure is really low maximum is 5 hg

i only stay in the pump for 5 minutes then i do 5 minutes ulis 3x

before pumping i do a long length routine but i dont think that this is the problem because length work has never affected my erections

When I was still pumping this would happen to me. I deduced possible reasons were - either I wasn't warmed up enough or just not conditioned enough.

For the sake of your penile health, drop the pumping for a while and do a month of stamina heavy manual routine until your erections are at their hardest and fullest (when your erections are at their best, THIS is the best time to take on an enlargement routine)

You might be frustrated taking on a stamina based routine for a while rather than growth-heavy but you should realize you will make gains faster when your EQ is at its best.

Google Big Al Stamina Routine and it should be the first result.

It is super simple, it is basically warm up, Jelq, oriental massage, Kegel exercise (I do the towel raises and boy they have brought my EQ from abysmal to rhino tusk hard but you should alternate between this and stop-and start), warm down.

Work on your stamina, get your EQ to rock hard again and then go back to the pumping, slowly.
 
If you're pumping correctly your EQ should only be getting better. If you're pumping in conjunction with ULIs and this is occurring perhaps the total workload might be too much.
 
5HG and at 5 minutes is nothing. Really should not be causing ED. From what I understand anyway. Perhaps it's actually the "Uli" you are doing? Are you squeezing super hard with your fingers or finger joints digging into or pressing on the top of your penis? If so, I would work on a different grip. The nerves that affect sensation and erection strength run along the top of the penis.
 
Yes.......trust me.....5hg, for 5 min, is nothing! Even though I pretty much stick with my bathmate, I've done a good deal of air pumping too......At that level, I would go at least 15, or so, just to get expansion. Your 5 min sets, or for most anyway, including myself, are gonna be from 7hg-10hg....I really don't think it's the pump causing it.

yes i was squeezing hard but did not feel any pain i just got good expansion
and i was doing ulis with about 80% erection and then kegel to expand
maybe it is the ssj that was too much
i was doing sometimes ssj

i was feeling pain the first pumping sessions
but after the workouts my flaccid hang was nice and wasnt turtling at all
strange thing is that this ed came after my day off

and i am able to get an erection but i have to concentrate real hard and then it doesnt stay for long
 
With the penis, you don't always need to feel pain to cause damage. I would drop everything but pumping for a couple months and see what happens.
 
oh and i might have to add that i am doing bundled stretches, dld blasters and 2 sets of ots hangng each day
and i stay in the extender for 4.5 hours before i start pumping
 
Ok, so you are over training now that you tell us everything. So in a new post, please lay out your daily routine so you can get better advice.

then i go in sg for 1.5 hours
then i do dld blasters
1.5 sg
2 sets ots
1.5 sg

then pumping with ulis x3

5 min dynamic pumping with maximum 5 hg
5 min uli

no turtling what so ever though

Honestly, usually girth work effects eq, a lot more that length work.....at least that's been my experience.....so, I don't think the rest of your routine, would be causing the issue....maybe though.....why don't you find this a try.....this is what I started doing, really recent, to help with fluid, with my bathmate, but, should work fine with air.....instead of doing 3x5 min sets, try doing 4x3 min sets....since I've been playing around with that, I'm getting less fluid, and seem to get as much, if not more expansion with it. If you don't feel like your getting as much expansion, then maybe try 6-7hg.....and maybe do a couple ulis, but then try the the slow squash jelq......I was having eq trouble, myself, and was doing a lot of ulis, and horse squeezes.....but I discovered the slow squash jelq, and fell in love! Much better expansion, and much better equipped! Just a thought.....got to experiment sometimes! You'll figure out what works for you! Just don't freak out, over negative PI's, and just quit!! You can always back off the intensity, or try something a little different........remember.....that little guy is extremely tough.....a lot more than most give credit for......a very resilient little bastard! Lol.

It is always a case of over pumping. Pumping needs to be planned and the fatigue from it should be coordinated with your sex schedule so your eq is high. Some people do not suffer fatigue from pumping and they are able to pump right before sex giving them a huge size for sex. Others need rest after to recover but if the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine is followed in SRT, fatigue is much less than a long pumping session.
