well due to the advice given here ive managed to make a homemade hanger....and my routine will be
1.warm up
2.10 mintues hanging with 5lb, 10 minute break with mild jelqs then hanging for another 10 minutes
3.300 jelqs
4.warm down
5.kegal squeezes
6.testicle massage
i will stick at 5lb for a month then increase ...... i can actually feel the stretch with hanging ,more so than doing manual stretches
