Are there any other stretching exercises that would upp the "Intensity" and have more chance of breaking my plateau? Also would also adding an ADS be a good idea, or would it be classed as overtraining? Or should i not worry about that?
8" here i come, im going to take measurements, stats and pics 2nite, then start Monday. Then measure again end of March. Give it a good month for gains! That sound ok, or measure more often?
