In a sense it does help stretch the skin but skin is the easiest thing to stretch. It is far better to see tissue expansion. The Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) routine in SRT guarantees tissue expansion. There will always be a bit of retention but not much.

It gives more temporary size but if you can train to get constant healthy expansion you will actually get more permanent gains faster. Of course with experience everyone will develop their own method.
 
Ahh so skin, temporarily, but not permanently. Got it. So then this is what was happening when I would stretch, I believe I got fluid retnetion stuck under the frenulum

I think fluid retention is a negative sign of PE. It's a sign that you are doing too much to name a few.

I'm on a rest period now instead, to let everything heal properly and then i will start over again and analyze what gives me fluid retentions, whether it's a specific exercise or amount of work.

yeah it happens, you can also get it from really crazy sex or jerking off lol

Fluid retention happens when the penis is under too much stress or pressure. This happens when you are restricted too long, whether it be pumping, hanging, ads or any other tool that constricts blood flow. As far as pumping goes this happens at around the 5 minute mark and that is why SRT uses the 5x5x3 routine, it eliminates the retention and brings greater tissue gains. If you are seeing water retention you need to adjust how long you are under pressure or constriction and correct the time.

Hello! Okey, so i have figured out a way to make my penis expand further when i'm 100% erect. I just simply hold a reverse keegel and watch my penis expand further.
It makes my penis fill upp completly, which is nice. But i also recognized that when i'm doing this i get "fluid retention" At least my skin feels more "soft" to the touch
as my skin also expands when i do this. It is this soft and smooth area that you can compress. I'm not familiar with fluid retention, but starting to be lately.

It's like the blood gets trapped above my tunica and just underneath the skin when i do this.

Can someone explain to me what this indicates to me, and if there is something i should do. I need to know what it means and how i should proceed.

I did the reverse kegel but can't get the fullness you are talking about.
