Feeling better today. Still have to work out the kinks like maintaining a vacuum as it tends to lose it relatively quick. I'm also a little worried about where and how it's stretching. I'm not looking to stretch ligaments but the shaft itself. Need to figure out the best way to do that.

There is no danger in stretching ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory ligament). Downward stretches should produce fastest gains.

But I have never used an ADS personally, but the basics of Penis Enlargement, and the anatomy of the penis is the same.
 
Ok; the discomfort I had on the inside left area on my pelvic crease/line was no joke. Felt like a sprained/pulled muscle.

Yea I am thanks for asking. Recovery time was short. I'm sure I made a classic rookie mistake trying to stretch too much for too long. Probably wasnt in the best position either so...I'm sure it will take me a minute to find my groove. Any tips and support is very much appreciated.

ADS = All Day Stretcher.
I have never used an ADS (only: Phalosan Forte briefly), but what I know is that you should increase the intensity exponentially as you progress. With this strategy, you will simultaneously prevent injuries and also at the same time maximize gains.

Wearing an ADS should be only done with light force to keep your tissue more elongated then a penis elongation wrap, or you can do both active stretching and passive elongation healing.
This is a valid method if you only have the ADS as a length gain method.

For a shorter time you stretch harder at maximum tension, and during the rest of the time you "just" keep your tissue elongated with the ADS.

Do you you perform manual stretches as well? Or have any other implementation in your program where you work on length? If not I would suggest that you increase the tension slowly, so you do not injure yourself again. Extender work is a little diffrent then an ADS. I all depends on the rest of your program.

Only the pump which I use a little more often briefly. Thanks for the other info I will cerrainly make those suggestion my gameplan from here on out. An injury right away definitely mademe causious but the healing time was quick. Lesson learned and ready to continue to figure out whats going to work best for me.

My wife got a real idea of what 7 girth was when i showed her it was essentially a pool ball and said uhm no lol so I no longer have that impossible goal to meet.

9 would be a good goal because I think its actually doable but anything beyond that would be a surprise.

Thanks man, yesterday I did 10 hours, today 11. The only 'troubling' thing I need to work out is fluid retention near the frenulum. Fairly sizable. Read some tips here about not pumping the bell as much but that it's a pretty unavoidable thing with vacuum stretchers.. So long as it always goes away I'm fine with it. I absolutely can't alter the 'look' of what I have as my wife will have a meltdown.

No, I'm pretty new... I haven't used any pumps in a very long time until recently and it my 20's I think I messed around with it only a handful of times. I'll have too look into that though. Be nice to just buy a new tube. At some point I'm expecting my wife to cut me off and say enough.

You remind me of a member here called Acromegaly. At the start of his PE journey, his wife was extremely supportive. He got to 7 inches girth and his wife pressured him to quit PE. She even logged into the forum to tell us to beg the husband to quit PE. That brother has since disappeared from the forum till this day.

These are the signs you are becoming to big, when your wife is going after the equipment. 😂

I believe I saw a picure of his penis in some post before. His penis was the thickness and shape of the Bathmate. Really massive and thick.

His penis had the shape and thickness of the hydromax X9. He is 6.5 inches on bone press erect length.

I'm surprised you are asking of his technique. It's an open secret. Jelqs and pumping are the only two things he did for about 4 years daily.

My routine since I picked up the vacuum stretcher is using the pump briefly in the morning to start my day. Then I strap up on either my left of right leg pulling in a downward position for 10 to 11 hours. I haven't made it to 12 hours yet. Most days I come home from wearing it at work as I have a job where I can easily get away with it. I then take it off for a couple hours then strap back up until it's nearly time for bed.

Attached to my leg I can ease up if I choose when sitting or stretch out my leg for a bit more pull. Walking provides a continuous tugging which I think is similar to jelqing. Wearing a gland cap solved my fluid retention that I experienced once and I haven't run into any bad ligament pain once I figured out my best tension setting.

The only thing that bothers my wife so far is she's used to grabbing my package throughout the day at random. Now she asks if I'm strapped up. LOL
