Hi Dan!, that's insane that you gained over an inch of girth in only 10 months. I thought those type of gains would take someone years to achieve so that got me hyped. I'm interested in seeing your progress thread. From what I read on this post it seems like your girth workout consisted of multiple 20 min.
Bathmate sessions and jelqs before you switched to one 30 min. session. Right now I'm using the
Herc and pack it after 20 min. but I wouldn't mind getting the
Bathmate maximus when it comes out.
Your routine is similar to mine Dan. Just to inform you of where I'm at right now here's some info. I've been doing pe everyday since January 2nd for new years resolutions and I'm really trying to stay consistent by doing pe 7 days a week. Right now I'm doing 1-2 20 min.
Bathmate sessions a day with 10 min. clamping afterward. Then I put on a velcro cable tie which I use as a cock ring to heal in the girth state, I also may edge for 10-20 min. with the cable tie on tight. Like you I also do regular and reverse kegels in the
Bathmate as hard as I can and also a kegel to failure for good measure.
Before girth I do an intense set of
LM bundled stretching just to stay loose. I'm also trying to work in the
SG with
VLC for a few hours after a stretching set so I can heal in the lengthened state for a boost in length gains. But I haven't really used the
SG that much yet. I've decided to focus more heavily on girth and erect work. Because I'm only at 5.1'' girth right now but pretty satisfied with my over 7'' length.

Bathmate sets before but now say that only one 30 min. set is better. I would assume more time spent in the
Bathmate equals to bigger gains. My plan is to do lots of 15 min. sets per day to keep my penis on it's toes. This is because I mainly want to gain girth, and I heard you can also gain a bit of length with girth work.
I want to work up to 6 sets x 15 minutes. Maybe 3 sets earlier in the day and 3 sets later. As well as adding more erect work such as more clamping sets and edging. Hopefully this intense girth focused routine will get me similar results as you. I also want to make a progress thread soon, I'll maybe even make one tonight while doing a
Bathmate session. I'll also check out your progress thread and comment on it.
