that's a hassle. ive never had blue balls. i just get more horny the longer i go without sex
 
haha blue balls sucks!! but when you dont cum the next day i feel more powerfull.its like a testosterone booster.actually i find out that a small research was done about edging without ejaculation and they findout that after the 7th day i think you have more than 100% more testosterone in your blood.that also mean that when you workout it will be a huge booster for you muscle results
 
I've heard that too. 7 days without ejaculating boosts your testosterone, but after that it starts to drop if you don't.

Not sure if this qualifies as forum post necromancy but this is pretty relevant to me.

I have used this technique the safe way in ten minute increments during what I'd consider a lull. No real gain but always a nice pump.

I started doing jelqs with it at 50 per set (5 sets of 10) and found an extra quarter inch in length but nearly static with girth gains.

Now I'm back to what gave me the biggest gains in girth in the past. The not safe way. Going until it tingles then edging regularly to restore blood flow and equilibrium. This is coming after 4 sets of 100 jelqs with the ring on with two sets of 40 in between. That all comes after a day with two trips in the bathmate and about 3 hours of using the vac extender ads device to do higher tension stretching (like the force of a usual manual stretch). I'm either going to gain a lot or get injured but I hear my pi's working much like when I made my best gains earlier this year.

This should really be a staple for girth work. It can bring absolutely beastly gains with some ambition and consistency.
 
Anybody hear use the jelq rings. I hear they're basically cock rings with the intensity of clamping. I'm thinking about getting some but their pretty expensive.
 
I've used a single screw balls by oxballs for nearly half a year. Very intense and not that pricey. Pretty sure they're still under 10 dollars on Amazon
 
When I do my clamp sessions I do five min on and then edge for five min with a light cockring on and go back to the clamp. It helps break up the sets and keeps the expansion up. I think that anytime we decide to masturbate we should make the orgasm a reward for the work we do prior to it. Meaning, I try to get in some serious girth work during the masturbation session, whether it is SlowSquashJelqs or Size Blasters or edging or whatever. The point is to get a good workout in before getting off.

You can find rings that are comparable to clamps in terms of strength. Using one to edge in would be like a light clamp session.

When it comes to edging with a cock ring, you want to use the Duro Ring. It is the type of cock ring that's tight enough like a cable clamp and super easy to remove.
