found this thread yesterday and tested it.
first I used my
SG for 30 min stretched length at the end 9 inches.
after this i have done the 60 min "workout"
I tried manual stretches after the session but it was like stretching cables
at least for the first 10 min.
After 10 min it got much better and I put the
SG on.
After 30 min I measured again and ...
surprise
9 3/16 inches or 9.1875"
and today using my
SG for 30 min without
srt+ I measured again and now I'm stretched at the peak value of 9.1875"
