Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the
PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the
PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
Your arms will now push against the
PA into your body.
Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.
Its VERY intense
