Okay, since I've got a power assist now, I decided to try this one. Not with succes though. It hurt my ball when pulling both penis and scrotum as my hand is slipping. Now I'm not english so I'm afraid I've misunderstood what the scrotum is.. Aren't we talking about the ball package, if anyone gets what the hell I'm trying to say. It's just that i noticed the picture on first page and it doesn't seem to have what I thought was the scrotum through the hole?

As I was going to ask for a video, but the picture looks like the a stretch from the power assist thread. Is that correct?
 
ron, i am not dld, but i do own a pa and am semi familiar with the concept. basically, you put the penis and testicles through the pa hole and stretch the entire unit(or just the penis if the balls are uncomfortable) Against the pa hole in each direction. basically, you are doin a and v fulcrum stretches the the base of the penis. someone correct me if im wrong?
 
Its not a bow & arrow stretch from how I have been taught.

The whole package of the genitals incl scrotum & testes would need to go through that hole in the PA otherwise doing the Bow & Arrow stretch you aint hitting the inner penis.
 
red, i have a question about your stretch where you wedge the pa handle into the base: are your arms crossed when pulling opposite directions? i mean, the handle is on the right side of the shaft, are you holding it there with your left hand and pulling to the right with your right? thanks

This is how I do them, quoted from earlier in the thread.

Get the penis and balls [package] through the hole of the PA while stood up.
Now grip around the whole package and keep a good firm grip.
Lie back onto the bed and position the PA so the handles are going across each leg straight.
While doing this, ALWAYS keep a good firm grip of the whole package...slippage and its start over from the stood up position.
Next, lean back so your lay with your back on the bed and pull the package down over the loop end, so its going down in a underneath-like fashion.
Do this with BOTH hands.
While doing this, bring the legs up towards your body....in other words pushing against the handles.
Your arms will now push against the PA into your body.
Also start to push your feet into the bed matress for this, works great.
I hold this for 60 seconds and do X3 in a row.
The aim is 6 reps.
Its VERY intense
 
Than you should stick to the correct thread. The diagram should have helped but to answer you no I dont cross my my arms. I hold the PA with the right hand and stretch with the left.
 
Has there been any new exercises made to pull the inner penis? I really wanna nail this one and I'm still trying, though I'm starting to give up as I can't seem to do this without hurting my poor scrotum.

Get creative. Find a ring of some sort that your penis will fit through, maybe one of those rings they use in pools that sink to the bottom. I am sure you can find something similar around the house or garage.

So similar in their effectiveness and stretch area. I think I may create a routine using both of these methods, makes good sense.
 
I would really like to see the pictures in the OPs post re-upped, so I can see whats going on.
