DLD's Expressive Stretch Routine:
Background: I do this first thing in the morning before I start anything else. Aside from being a preparative for my length efforts it also serves as a great warmup.
2 Handed Expressive Stretch:
Massage testicles and penis to ensure they are as relaxed as possible. Work your testicles and penis through the center hole of the
Power Assist. Once completely through place the arm of the
PA across your lap. Using both hands encircle the entire package and stretch downward (as much as possible as you will be slightly constricted by the
PA)

x 30 second x 3 sets
Opposing Expressive Stretch:
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the
Power Assist. Once completed, place the arms of the
PA across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Stretching in opposite directions (balls left and penis right then penis left balls right)

x 30 second x 3 sets each side
Hang Enhancing Stretch
Being sure your penis and testicles are as relaxed as possible, bring your testicles and penis through the center hole of the
Power Assist. Once completed, place the arms of the
PA across your lap. Encircle your testicles with one hand while grabbing your penis with the other hand at the extreme base. Now stretch your penis upward while you stretch your scrotum downward switch direction (scrotum up penis down)

x 30 seconds x 3 sets up and down
