I lost my SSJ virginity for the first time... shit is intense. I finally decided to try SSJ after 6 months of just Bathmate + jelq. Looking forward to making even more girth gains.

Nolove, it's pretty simple. Kegel as much blood as you can and just clamp at the extreme base as you can go; I prefer to clamp with my non-dominant hand. I also prefer to hold this clamp for at least 30 seconds as if I were doing a uli. Then you jelq up just a little and hold it tightly and use the heel of your free hand to "squash" it down, while using upward pressure of your clamped hand. The opposing forces will create crazy pressure in the shaft when done right. You'll know what I mean.

And I have a question myself: what are the benefits of squash at different directions? i.e. squashing to the left, right, center.
 
For anyone interested, I like to start my Clamping workout right after a nice SSJ.

By the time I have finished the SSJ my penis is only semi erect and is really fat. Perfect and ready to start some clamping.
 
I burst out laughing when I read you gauge the expansion by your wrist dld. My Wrist is pretty much 8 inches around, I couldn't imagine 8 inches of girth. Though would be pretty fucking awesome.
 
I did some SSJ today, just as illustrated and at a decent erection quality. Though I got some good expansion when I was doing the exercises when I stopped no expansion stayed? What am I doing wrong guys, first time doing this properly and I'm annoyed that it hasn't been great.

Some further info:
Was late and I was tired, but I hadn't done P.E all day so I thought I'd do this as jelqing felt like too much work. Would this have had an effect?

Also should you do these standing or sitting? Does it make a difference?

Would this be possible using the v jelq? Also how far up do you jelq is it just a normal jelq with the head squashed down against the other hand?

The lower hand will jelq up a bit, maybe an inch, while the top hand jelqs against this pressure, about an inch. Once compressed roll and squash the two hands together. Be sure to grip at the extreme base so you are including as much of the shaft as possible.
 
How long should a person practice Penis Enlargement before trying this exercise? I'm in the second week. Should I wait a certain amount of time before trying?

You can start right away but take it slow and fully understand the movements before you go full out. It does not take long to learn and the intensity can be anywhere from very light to extreme so newbies can mess with them.

Ok I just tried this for the first time, followed all the steps & did exactly like the illustration. The only thing is I can't maintain my erection for more than like 30 seconds to a minute while doing this. I don't think I'm pressing too hard; I'm barely pushing down with the heel of my palm.

Or is it just supposed to be that way?

I had a similar issue, but it can be alleviated by improving Erection Quality. I can do it for around three times as long now after using a more robust kegel routine, etc.

I guess it's just a difficulty that comes with the intensity.

I would suggest you use some sort of visual stimulation to remain close to erect. You could also take a supplement or a ed medication to help, but usually some �naked people movies� in the background will keep me up. I start at 100% erect and after about 30 seconds I will subside to about 90%....this is the span you want. At 100% erect will not give enough flex so 90% becomes the perfect area of practice.

Word, so when it goes down to 90% am I supposed to try to get it back to 100? Or just try to maintain the 90 throughout the exercise?

You want a little bit of flexibility...lets say you are gripping from both ends while squashing down with the palm of your hands with intensity, you want a little bit of flex, not 100% erect but as close as possible, 95-90% is the perfect level for me. I can do them 100% erect but that would not be as effective as 95%-90% as the roll would be limited by how hard the erection way, back off a bit and that roll becomes perfect.
