This is the exercise that brought my fame in the early days. It is still one of the biggest threads on all competing forums. At Thundersplace they locked it to stop all the action it got, sad really.

I still remember reading the infamous DLD Blasters thread on Thundersplace with all the experiences reported by the guys who did the exercise for the first time I remember one guy reported an increase in EL of 0.5 in 1 week...and with DLD saying that he will leave other PE site cause shit got serious there, that was the thread that got me from Thundersplace to MOS.

wow!!! i just found that on there. crazy to read the lead moderators over there being against it so much when it just makes sense and is easy to feel the great intensity of it and against you as well you charging for your pay site.
What exactly does bump mean? Are you just saying bump 'cuz you like a certain thread or comment or is it an actual thing that happens when a thread is popular or something?
so i gave these a go today and i have to say i quite like them. im not very big on manual stretches but these feel good, i think these will be my main length exercise from now on

They were the first exercise I invented that became hugely famous on the internet. They were a real game changer when they were released. Men who struggled to make length gains started to make them with ease.

Do you need to exhaust PC muscle to get extra length when doing a reverse kegel ? For me there's not the slightest increase in stretch when I reverse kegel. I Haven't tried this routine yet though I'll try tomorrow.

Yes, but there may come a point in the exercise that you will reach complete fatigue. At that point the kegel is no longer necessary or even possible in many cases. At that point the Reverse Kegel will be the only thing needed. If you are going to the point where you are not reechoing total fatigue the Kegel/Reverse Kegel sequence will still be necessary.
