Do you think it safe and possible to get up to 10 hours straight of continuous wearing? In their clinical trial the guys doing 10 hours saw the best results and fastest

By all means! I would just take it hour by hour until you successfully get to 10 hours with no issues. Many guys are wearing in their sleep and if they are anything like me they are sleeping for 13 hours :)

That's the thing I'm going to work my way up very slowly. Blisters aren't a serious injury right? Like they won't affect sensation or cause nerve damage

It essentially raises the skin from whatever tissue it is on. Since we're made up of water and it's everywhere in our body, it can be easy. Think of your hands getting blisters, much worse on something so sensitive. Once you regain feeling, you might have lost sensitivity or have damaged the nerve. It can cause a serious issue. Just pay attention and you'll be fine. You said you're gonna take it slow so you'll be good. If one does form, stop and let it heal. Sucks but it's simple.

Wow wow so retention and or blisters can be a sign that you potentially damaged the nerve causing sensitivity loss? I thought something like the penis being blue and cold from excessive cut off circulation would be the only way to damage the nerve enough for permanent loss of sensation.

I get a little or a lot of retention every time I take off the phallosan, I have no sensation because of my damage to the spinal cord, so the nerves in my penis are still intact. But if this retention something I thought was very minor and not a big deal, could damaged the nerveI wouldn't know because of the damage to the spinal cord. Fact is because my paralysis the penis behaves differently, bloodflow is different no sensation means I'm not going to feel warning signs, only visual signs. so if retention could be a sign of permanent nerve damage I think I better stop. So please give me the honest answer to my first paragraph.

Not that I doubt you at all man, but if DLD stands behind it to then I know it's true

It's not so much the nerve but the sensation involved, which essentially is your nerves. Imagine your hands, how does the palm feel compared to the back of your hand. The years of calluses have essentially desensitized your nerves and thickened your skin. I would rather believe damage to nerves is possible than to think about having sex again that I wouldn't feel anything at all. Right now, you get hard at the slightest touch without your mind knowing a thing, will that remain when your all better? No matter the person, I hope so.

Stopping all together isn't necessary, your paying attention so you'll be fine. It's a very easy thing to adjust. I'll follow through with looking up some more info.

No if I get better it'll return to normal I'll have to be aroused it will no longer as a reflex. The thing that frightens me is I won't know if I am doingdamage. PE is to make the penis better and often helps sensation, to lose sensation would be devastating for anyone at any amount. We like to enjoy pleasure. But for me to work so hard to fix the spinal cord only to have a numb dick because I was rough on it without realize it would completely take away the victory and I don't think there'd be any way to regain the sensation. The phallosan clinical trial didn't state anyone had loss of sensation actually I think one patient stated there was a decrease but more said there was an increase, but of course I am willing to bet none of them were paralyzed, still a good sighn none the less. I thought the tension was no big deal and was to be expected I didn't realize that it could decrease sensation what about discoloration around Corona.

Slow and careful as I'm being retention still happens

I haven't had any discoloration after all this hard time I've put on my dick and no blister either.

How long before you are back to 100%?
You have to wait a while longer before surgery?

If it keeps sticking in your head, then I would say just do your exercises and stop using the PF until feeling returns. You'll still gain since your body will still heal after your workout so you'll be good. Then get back to using the PF. Hell, you might get to your goal and not need the PF lol.

Maybe a maximum of 2-5 hours back to normal. That's the thing because my erection is now reflexive I can't even do a proper stretching routine, let alone use something like the LengthMaster. Therefore a device like the phallosan the best option. I did almost 10 hours, the head was a bit whiter and slightly swollen almost look like having your hands in the bath too long. Soggy or whatever

The question is have other people on here experienced loss of sensation on their gland after using their device

Yep, pretty much every night.
But for some reason I almost every single time wake up after 4 hours sleep (its oddly always 4 hours) and have to take it off to fall asleep again.

I wake 2 hours before I'm supposed to just so I can take it off. This is every night, on a frickin schedule lol.

To both my Brothers here, this is something we all experience and if time awake is used right there will never be a problem with night use. Like clockwork I am up 3 times a night and I am able rot go right back to sleep. Well, unless it is 5 am and McDonald's is calling my name for a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit. :)

I take it off and go right back to sleep.

My desire is a double croissant-wich from Burger King with bacon and sausage. Man, that will fill you up but you sure will eat another one sadly. I'm a glutton for that. Maybe once in 2-3 months.
