Well the first step to getting help is laying out what you've actually done. I've seen many, many, many men claim they've done this or that and never seen gains...but they often are doing little to nothing. It's often not their own fault. They usually fall into the 'trap' of being sold the less is more approach. Some when asked for example what they are doing for a "routine" often post something like:

This was their entire routine. They're doing next to nothing to actually force their penis out of the natural biological comfort zone. 20 minutes of so called "warm up", and 20 minutes of very quasi Penis Enlargement.
