The problem is that even without clamping and despite a thorough warmup (which in my case mostly consists of 5-10 mins of jelqs, SSJs and the likes performed with lower intensity) I'm prone to overreach, i.e. red spots appear; I couldn't care less about them (in an aesthetic sense) if they weren't accompanied by a lowered EQ, which effects the efficiency of further efforts. This problem even showed up when I recently did just one (!) 60 sec (!) rep of manually (!) constricted Frendoz at the end (!) of a 40 minute session! And I'm not exactly new to the game (passed my 1 year anniversary lately). IDK, on the other hand I can report an overall permanent gain of 0,4" within that year which isn't too bad, as far as I understand (please feel free to correct me). It just doesn't seem to add up and I always envy you guys for the epic temp gains you get.
