did anyone ever make a video for this?
having the same problem
cleaning with soapy water did nothing
EDIT: figured out how to do it.
basically all you need is a broom or dustpan (the one that has a long handle) or as OP mentioned a pvc pive with specified dimension opening

1. Take off valve cap and valve switch
2. add some soap inside your
bathmate, towards the O ring (this will act as lubricant)
3. stick your broom/dustpan inside your
bathmate and push on the valve/O-ring
the valve body and spring should come out the outer side
4. Clean up everything
5. Throw the O ring back inside the
bathmate and line it up to the opening of the small hole at the end of the
bathmate
6. Holding the
bathmate upside down, put the spring in and then the valve body on the
bathmate.
7. its best to sit down during this part. use your thigh to push down on the valve/spring
***The reason I use a broom/dustpan is becuase they usually have caps at the top you can take off and you'll get an opening that should be roughly the size to fit in the O ring into the Valve body.
8. As your pushing down on the valve body with your thigh, use your broom/dustpan/pvc pipe and push down into the O ring slot on the valve body.
Hope this helps some of you guys in the future. Seems be fix my O ring problem
