Back in the day, I used to think about extending while sleeping. The idea of it made sense to me at the time, because it would "allow me to effortlessly put in extra hours and reap the rewards." So why not, right?
I had bought the fastsize extender for that reason, but I couldn't get the damn thing to work at the time. By the way, that extender was a piece of crap. I toyed around with it here and there, and eventually buried it in my closet, never to be used again (I use Jes now).
Around that time, I had plateaued from manual stretching, and decided to get into hanging. At some point, early in my career, I even considered hanging a very light weight overnight over the edge of my bed while sleeping on my back. All kinds of crazy thoughts had crossed my mind, because I was very eager to make the greatest possible gains in the least amount of time, especially since hanging was not going very well for me in the beginning, as far as gains were concerned.
Guys sometimes get desperate and end up contemplating really stupid shit, not knowing any better.
I have read too many horror stories over the years, and have had some horrifying personal experiences as well. One time, I was so preoccupied with another task while hanging, that I completely forgot I had my hanger on. I ended up doing a 45 minute set, which is 25 minutes more than the maximum. When I took the hanger off, it took MINUTES for full sensation to return. It was scary. I also lost sensation a few other times while experimenting with different angles, particularly SO.
You are restricting blood flow when stretching passed the margin, no matter the tension used. If something goes wrong, and you are not conscious to stop it in time, you can suffer permanent damage, complete or partial loss of sensation, impotence, etc. This sort of thing has happened to some guys already, so it is very real.
I cringe when I read about guys doing this stuff. And then you have some other idiots cheering them on, not knowing any better.
The way I see it, it's better to be safe than sorry. What is the point of getting a bigger dick if it is no longer functional?
This is the reason I have realized that I need to use the Phallosan forte without the belt for elongation during the day, and not a bandage wrap. A bandage wrap will not keep my penis elongated, if I do not wrap it somewhat tight.
I have been one of those crazy people, that have been sleeping with a wrap. I will never do that again. I have been doing it safely, but I will never do it again due to obvious reasons. Also my sleep is interrupted since I take it off some nights.

Here is what the dangers come in.
Temporary loss of circulation in the skin/foreskin of my penis, this is not something I want to experience ever again. I experienced it yesterday when I had been wearing a elongation wrap for to long.
I can keep a wrap at home if I'm naked, but never ever with pants on. That's not safe for me. The temporary loss of circulation it feels like it will never come back, and you get scared.

I can't monitor the bandage wrap if I'm not home and have my pants on. It's not like I can just pull my pants down in public and unwrap it to check. The Phallosan forte on really low bell pressure and without the protector cap, and without the belt, gives me no problem at all. No circulation problems at all.
