Nope. When I say
ADS I don't mean the
UJW or another sleeve. Just meant an actual
extender. These don't really stretch all that well (UJW/sleeves) (depending on how they're set up). They mainly just provide anti-turtle support. You can get some stretch out of them,
but they're pretty difficult to get your penis to stretch around your normal BPEL/BPFSL lengths. Otherwise, people wouldn't be purchasing
extenders :cool: .
Exactly, I can't really stretch further then my BPFSL anyway in the size genetic or with
UJW, I can get probably 2mm but thats it. I own a size genetic and I have a DIY
UJW.
The
UJW can get a pretty good stretch, but you're going to have to tape a bit and you still could get pain depending on how tight you tape and how far the stretch is. That all depends on how you've set it up. Some people claim it could adverse effects if you make things too tight, as this could be effecting girth by squishing the penis. A sleeve is at least expandable depending on how tough it is.
When I hand or UJ Strap I just node close to the head and attach to hanging weight / attach to under my kneee I get pretty good stretch and feel it when I walk especially and kind of like that feeling. so I dont get much hindering on girth as I dont wrap it I just attach it close to the head and let the head stop it from falling.
I would keep the
extender. Just try to modify it in a way where you can wear it for a few hours or so w/o having any pain or numbness. You're going to get a better stretch from this anyways.
My extennder is the size genetic when I wear i dont get much pain in the gland but more at the base closer to my balls.
I mentioned the
UJW or "some type of sleeve" because if for whatever reason you just couldn't use an
extender/ADS, using the
UJW or "some type of sleeve" would be better IMO than not using anything @ all.
Sleeve as in while healing? soemthing like the divo cup or wrap it while using the
extender? How to wrap it while with the
extender My base can barely fit through the hole close to the base its extremely tight....
I thought maybe cos I grown quite a good amount since I first bought the Size genetic and now at the base it get super painful after a while

Nope referring to
UJW - It a normal bondage spandex I wrap around my head do a nod and attach to under my kneee. I made sure to wet the spandex for few days and let it dry so it loose that elasticity while still maintaining some flexibility.
Upgrade routine or
extender? If you're already gaining and have been gaining, I would keep things the same w/ the inclusion of adding things to help your further routine/gains progress. I wouldn't drastically change much or exclude stuff from your current routine(s) unless you mean you've exhausted your newbie gains (which you stated you did). You might put more emphasis on hanging since you already stated you do this, but didn't mention the extent of your hanging routine. I only referenced extending/ADS's since this will help w/ the cementing of gains.
Routine wise I did I am on the
SRT now and Pushed jelqing and Hanging further then my limit. I meant upgrading size genetic with probably a wider base. do they have this option?
I would continue your current hanging routine(s) and start w/
SRT if you already have all the equipment.
