Perhaps using 'weight-lifting' and getting a massage directly after a workout caused a bit of confusion...what I was getting at was the fact that you can edge for 30 minutes and then if you decide to masturbate to completion, you haven't all-of-a-sudden negated your entire edging session. Those 30 minutes that you spent training didn't go away
