From my first read through lot theory I knew it was incorrect as I was complete and absolute outlier. Being off that much made lot theory simply unbelievable for me. And then to go on and prove it to myself I gained two additional inches with all downward stretching. My erection angle today is about 10° better than it was when I started. So lot theory to me is a whole lot of bullshit
Yes you were right back then. LOT theory is completely incorrect, its only a muscle-ligament connection and has nothing to do with gains. If someone have trained kegels for years, he can feel the pull-back in every direction due to the strong pelvic muscles.
Your choice back then to focus only in downward stretching was gold and it shows your understanding about PE. When it comes to penis stretching (manual, hanging, extender) the downward angle will always be the more effective because of how the tunica is build. The part of the tunica that we want to lengthen is the dorsal and thats from where the length gains come from, because thats where the Corpora cavernosa bodies are. The ventral side of the penis is more elastic and "it houses the corpus spongiosum, lacks outer bundles". So the direction that target the dorsal side better its definitely the downward. That does not mean that someone cant gain with upward stretches, but they are way less effective in my opinion.
