Yea i did measure from the top...i'm 7,1 from the top,7,5 from the side...feels good when you gain man :cool: seems like the SG did its work

I know but it's so uncomfortable..at least for me.now i'm following the length part of " gain 1 inch in 12 weeks " workout , and i have to wear it for 4,5 h a day ..it sux balls...but nothing compares to a good SG stretch.So intense.
