I just stumbled across this thread. I am into my 5th week of Penis Enlargement, is it too late to join the Newbie Challenge? Here is my routine:
Mornings
-Warm up
-Stretches
--All directions described in DLDs
Newbie Routine 3 - 4 sets
--ULIs 5 Min
--Don't know the name but use your foot/leg to add pressure 5 min
-Jelq in shower 15-20 minutes (wife starts biotch'n bout the water bill)
-Warm down
Evenings
-Same as above
Before bed
-Lazy Ass Stretch 5 Min
-Constrictors 5 Min
-Flaccid Stretch all directions 1-3 sets
Open to suggestions - Too Agressive/Passive?

Does anyone use Excel to log their progress? I have made a spreadsheet that graphs my progress. This is a real big motivator in itself, comparing the bars to my starting point reminds me why I've taken matters into my own hands!!!!
