Before i start going into details about the routine let me just say that the most important thing in any Penis Enlargement routine is Intensity.Many people have misconceptions about it so i will try to elaborate.

-After the session is over strap on a regular
ADS extender and wear it untill the next session.Try to wear the
extender at least 8 hours a day.Essentialy you are wearing it always when youre not doing the manual work.

Repeat everything from the morning workout.
Evening workout
Repeat everything from the morning workout.
Do this routine everyday,7days a week, 365 days a year,even on holidays and i guarantee you will grow no matter what.Its all up to you.
