Hey Doublelong, I see that you have ads on a penis extender and Bathmate pump. What's your advice --- would you recommend them all to a new guy, extender, pump and hand exercises?

Or is it a matter of trying each one and seeing which works best for you?

Any advice please :)
 
I'm so happy right now... It hasn't even been a month... And I gained one inch, I know it's not cemented yet.
But I will get it cemented... I went from 5' ( i know sad) to 6'... I've been seeing 6' for the past couple of days.

Now, my girth hasn't really changed much... it's still at 4.25 :/

I'm still doing the newbie routine, it will be one month on Monday. Short term goal is 7.5 x 5.5 , long term, like half of the members here 8 x 6.
I feel like I need to make my routine a little more challenging, can't wait to hit phase 2 on Tuesday!!! It's going to be great.
Can't wait to see how big I am next year. :D

Btw, is it common to have troubles with girth? I want more girth, I want to get to 6 x 5 in the next couple of months (6) with phase 2.
edit: what do you recommend DLD?

Hey DLD. Im still very new to Penis Enlargement, only on my 3rd week. I know gains vary with every person in terms of how fast they occur, but i was just wondering something. You said that you gained 2 inches on this routine, how fast did that happen for you?

So after the first 4weeks as outlined...how do you progress from here?

Is it longer time stretching or going from 600-900jelqs?

Also the jelqs, how erect should you be?

Penis Enlargement Supplements are best with girth work as they bring greater blood flow to the penis, but this increased blood flow will also help with healing. They are not necessary but if you can afford them they do serve a purpose. Both MaleExtra and TITAN pills are both on special.
 
Hey DLD Im a little confused about doing a proper kegel. is it a kegel when your penis is fully erect and you can make it twitch upwards without using your hands?

Yes sir, that is the movement. You can do the same when you are soft!
 
I stuck with the newbie routine, but I added the isolation squeeze, and the compression squeeze, to get more girth.
As for the stretching, I'm not seeing much of a improvement, should I try to do the tunica stretch? or just the a stretch?

STick with what you are doing now if it is working. It is always best to get all the gains you can from an exercise before moving on.
 
I added the two other things for girth and width, because I didn't see any improvement when I was doing it at first with just the newbie routine. I should just give it time, I was too much of in a hurry, it's only my first week into my second month.

Stretch marks on the stomach are a pregnant woman's worst nightmare. Stretch marks are usually caused by a rapid stretching of the skin - like during pregnancy or other periods of weight gain. Basically, you get stretch marks when your skin is stretched more than what is considered normal and the tissue fibers in your skin break down. While completely removing stretch marks once you have them may be difficult or impossible, minimizing their appearance is achievable.

Oz you should be flaccid for stretching. As for your other question, good one! I'd be interested to hear aswell.
