This routine brought me 2 inches in length 1/2 of an inch of girth over 6 months.
That would be great.
I just started PE on July 11th so this is all still very new to me. I’m in a difficult position because I have a longer term guest in my home who doesn’t leave a lot.
I started doing some of the exercises until I found what I am able to do. I like the
Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). I’m starting slowly on the pump (
Bathmate) because it’s not quite comfortable yet (seems to pull skin) but it seems to work for me. I tend to do this one in the morning. My girth seems to respond the best so far. I’m about 5.5-5.75 when erect, especially after SSJ. I didn’t measure starting but I’m sure I was under this measurement.
Length is another story. The length exercise seems to cause a bit more pain then girth exercises. It’s mostly the skin stretching that I feel. I actually had a few small tears in skin in the beginning. Once again, I didn’t measure pre PE exercises but erect I’m about 6 - 6.125. My initial goal is to get to 7.0” then go from there.
Currently, I do length before bed. I have the Lengthmaster and Size Doctor. I have finally discovered my wrap for lengthmaster so glans doesn’t hurt. I’m doing the :30 sec stretch routine x3 along with cranks. I will say the cranks after 4-5 min of stretching definitely make it more comfortable.
Once lengthmaster is done I apply size doctor and lie in bed and read. After about an hour or hour and a half it starts to get uncomfortable so I remove it and then Ace wrap it. Typically, during the night the wrapping feels too tight (erection no doubt) so I end up removing (not ideal). I can wear the wrap most of the day and feel fine. I don’t have the
SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger, as it’s not currently practical, plus I want to see how what I’m currently doing works.
I will say I have already noticed that my flaccid hang is different and doesn’t mushroom. And that when having sex my girth is noticeably expanded.
I started exercising everyday but that was probably a bad idea because I felt sore so started taking a day off here and there. Soreness subsided and I felt better. I currently don’t hang, might not be too practical with current living situation and wearing SizeDoctor
extender 1hr x 3 is difficult beyond what I currently do.
Are there any other suggestion that I can slowly incorporate. I really want to increase length. I’m thinking this is going to be my most difficult vs. girth.
Any help will be appreciated.
Im still so new, so I don’t expect to see any major changes for several months though I am surprised at girth so far.
