If you have no routine to follow- just do the
newbie routine- it is great. It will not only give you gains, but will prepare you for the more intense exercises and routines coming up. Your penis will get used to being trained and will be well conditioned. In terms of length- it gives you a multiple angle stretch routine. In terms of girth- you will do the mother of all girth exercises (80% of the girth exercises are just a variation of the original jelq) and by doing kegels you will strengthen your erections and give better health to you penis.
If I had choice I'd go for the pump. It not only gives you girth, but you see length gains too. With the
extenders you can only see length gain.
If you have a pump, I'd fit it that way: (Get a cock ring)
Morning- do your girth routine. I advise you to go for girth in the morning, because this is when your pelvic floor muscles are strongest. This will give you optimum erection.
Just pump for 5 minutes- do 5 minutes jelq and that repeated for 3 whole times (pump-jelq, pupm-jelq, pupm jelq). If you want more you can do a 5-10 minute jelq session to warm for the pump. Go in it at 100% erection. After the last jelq session- get 100% EQ and put on the ring. Keep it there for a few hours. As you get better conditioned you'll be able to go for more.
Length- do the newbie stretches and buy

UJS method. The reason I advocate length at late day is because after a girth session and a whole day of kegeling (or a few hours- if you do kegels- I'd be best to do them before length to fatigue the pelvic floor muscles) your PC muscles are tired and easiest to stretch. Reverse kegel while stretching if you can. If you do girth at 8 am and keep the expansion till 14- 15, do the length routine to have enough time to be in expanded position (by applying
UJS). This is just what I would do. Keep gathering opinions and do what you think would be best. Wish you see the gains you want
