Sounds good. I checked out the SRT thread. I don't want to sound like I'm not trying to put in work, because I'm willing, but there's an overwhelming amount of information there, pretty much every type of stretch, and 4 extenders and supplements to use. It seems like that would be for experienced people that have been at this for a little while at least. Is there a simpler routine with maybe just 1 or 2 pieces of equipment to use with a modified version using some of those stretches listed there?

You can check out the Newbie Routine and start there. It's all work using your own 2 hands. You can add in a LengthMaster at any time to do the stretches. The Bathmate (totally awesome) can also be added in and there's quite a few different things you can do with it. Someday I'd like to start doing SRT myself but don't have the money for the equipment and I don't think I can make it fit my current schedule.

You do not need 4 extenders and SRT is quite easy to understand when studied. SRT equipment that is suggested is the BathMate, and Extender and a LengthMaster. You can start with one piece of equipment and fill in the other areas with manual work until you can acquire the tools. SRT starts out very much like the Newbie Routine and it becomes more complex as you progress. I would concentrate on the first 6 weeks of SRT and work from there. If this is too much for you then you can of with the Newbie Routine and replace manual stretches with LengthMaster stretches and your girth routine could be the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) BathMate routine forint in SRT. this would be a good workout too.
 
Hey all been skulking this thread for a couple days now. Not overly happy with myself and figured Id like to give it a shot to improve. From what I've seen so far a lot of you know what you're doing and there are heaps of different ways to go about this.
So can't wait to get started and see how it goes from there :)

Indeed there is. Do not become overwhelmed though, there is not a rush, there is plenty of time to research in a relaxed state. Between SRT and the Newbie Routine you should be able to create a kick-but routine. Once you put it together run it by us and we can further advise.
 
On the size guide on the bathmats site, it has a feature where you can put in your length and girth size to determine which one would be best. But, maximum with girth I can put is 2.2 in that field. Says to measure all the way around. Seems like an error since nobody girth can be just 2.2.

I guess what they meant is width,try measuring that and inputting it in the size feature,what is your size anyway I can help you pick one easier than their website hahaha

The X50 (not shown) has the almost same measurements as the Goliath

I noticed that myself its not girth its diameter on the website so as an example 5" girth is 1.63" diameter . Follow DLD's post as it helps quite a bit better.

I gotcha. Makes sense.Is there a huge difference between the hydromax x30, xtreme x30 and hercules? Only difference I see is that it says for beginners and intermediates but i'm not sure what that means. One is more difficult than the other to use?

The X30 and extreme X30 i think the only difference is the included hand pump both have the same valve, the hercules is from their original lineup and has the older style valve. They all will work the same with the exception of the Extreme x30 which can work the same or can be used with the handpump

It should also be known that each pump can give about 1" above what they claim. For instance the X40 states 8" of length when 9" is possible with it. The same goes for the other pumps, they can handle a bit more than advertised. I try to suggest to men to get one size up from what you need and grab a wine-vac to take up the negative space. This will save money and will work just as well. The X30 and the Hercules are very close to the same size as are the X50 and Goliath.
 
Gotcha. I went with the X30! Thanks for the help. Next thing ill probably get is an extender at some point. Just want to try manual stretches and bathmate for now. I thought I saw an area of the forum where it had info/videos on the stretches, can't seem to find it. Is there a link to that? Unless that was something different.

Also, which extender is better and/or different from you guys with experience? The size genetics one or LengthMaster?

I'm new to MOS and have recently joined the site. I'm interested in growing my penis to gain more self confidence. I'm currently 5.5 inches in length and 4 inches in girth. I would like to achieve 7 inches in length and 5 inches in girth. I'm using the DLD newbie routine stretches and also the bathmate every other day. I look forward to being a part of the brotherhood.
 
You are already part of the brotherhood man,Bathmate can really help you out a lot..i had a 5 incher too i understand how are you feeling..continue whit your routine,wait for 3 months before measuring..

You are officially a Brother! Thank you for trusting us and comping out with you story. Your size goals are very doable and you are starting in the right place. As things start to slow jump into the SRT routine to continue growth. Best of the world in this new journey!
 
Also, I've seen reference to using bathmate 5x5x5, 5x5x3, and/or jelqing during it, I'm not sure what exactly the best routine is. What would be recommended as the best routine for bathmate?

5x5x3 should be done before pressing on. 5x5x3 for most will be enough to cause great expansion with little retention. If you are like some, they add more sets in as they feel ready to do so at which point I suggest adding 1 at a time.
 
Hi All,

I'm new to this brotherhood and have recently joined the site. I did PE back in the day about 10-12 years ago when I was about 16 years old. I was able to get up to about 8.5 length and can't remember the girth but I ended up with some bruising, soreness and with the lack of foreskin-the skin above my circumcison become tight and still is to this day and my penis stop growing and I shut down shop. My goal before I stopped was to hit double digits 10x7 and I would like to complete this goal. Not sure what my length and girth is but I'm going to measure tomorrow. Even though I had some success years ago I consider myself a rookie and believe I have lots to learn to bring me up to speed. I think with the lack of extra skin I may need to stretch the skin here before I jump back into PE.. I'm not sure, Other than that I'm honored to be apart of a organization that is making men feel more confident about manhood.

P.S I just started a new job so I'm a good 2-3 months away from being able to purchase any equipment. But the goal is to get all the devices mentioned here.
