Agust do you do exchanges for damaged Bathmates? My comfort pad came off, and no matter what I do I can't seem to enjoy my Bathmate as much as previously.

We now send out, according to Ultramax demands, replacement kits to fix the problem of the gaiters comfort ring. A video has been posted at UPL Help Center on how to affix the replacement kit at http://uplsupport.zendesk.com/

I filled out the form but I didn't have the Order ID or the exact date when purchased. It was at the beginning of 2011 though, I believe. I sent a photo of my X-40!

I just read the other thread and it says the replacement kit is only available for the X-40?

I have both Bathmate versions, but only have an issue with my X-40.

Give it some time, they are getting up to speed. At this point the X-40 will fall under replacement if it is still under warranty. I am hoping they create a kit for the X-40 soon.

I am sure it will be available very soon. I believe the X-40 is made at a different factory than the X-40 so the process may be different. It is a big step in the right direction, us bigger guys may need to wait a bit longer but it will happen.

That's ok I don't mind waiting. I'll keep buying the ghetto universal sleeves until a repair kit is released. I am a big fan of Bathmate, and if I had to purchase a new one, it'd be well worth it to me.
