I've also ordered a Bathmate about 2 weeks ago. No answer from them, no email confirmation,no product arrived, but the money was given. "Honest" company with a "very good" customer service. I'll wait a week more after that I will do more steps.

Just a quick note my friends that we are temporarily out of stock in the USA for Blue Bathmates. If you have an order pending for Blue (as of 29.4.2011) then you can change your color by emailing me or sending a PM. Clear and other colors are fully stocked in the USA. This is caused to disruption in supply chain for creation of the Blue Bathmate.
This mostly effects our International Customers and the major change is as follows:
- Maestro Debit Cards now accepted in countries that allow Debit cards to be used on-line
- Visa Electron or V-Pay accepted in countries where available
- Austria can expect eps soon
- Netherlands can expect iDeal soon
- Switzerland can expect PostFinance (Yellow card) and PostFinance E-Finance in the near future
- Austrian Direct Deposit active (Contact Customer Support for more information)
- Giro Pay for Germany coming soon
- DinersClub accepted now on Payment page (Europe, USA soon)
- JCB (Japanese Central Bank) cards to be accepted in the near future.
- American Express for CHF orders.
- Click and Buy
- BillPay (Install Payments) to be active soon
- BillPay (by Invoice) to be active soon
Kind regards,
Agust
Among them are Germany (giropay), Austria (eps), Switzerland (PostFinance) and the Netherlands (iDEAL). Banks or financial institutions are the service providers. Nearly any customer who has an online banking account can pay by means of online bank transfers.
ELV, the payment means popular throughout Germany, is particularly preferred by Internet customers who do not have a credit card. The buyer enters their account number and banking routing number in the SSL-secure Saferpay terminal window. Saferpay then securely transmits and processes the customer data.
Aren't they funny ? There a few clients who paid for their product and no feedback from them....after which they say you can pay by multiple choices ? Hahahahaha

Everyone gets answers sir, in 99% of cases where people come to the boards to complain is when their anti-spam blocker has blocked the reply from Customer Service. Hotmail, AOL and yahoo mail services are especially problematic.

That's because, sir, you don't check the threads here quite often. If you would do that you would see that 99% of the problems are not based on the anti spam blocker.
And when a month pass and you don't get neither a satisfacatory answer neither the product you start to see the situation as a form of mal practice, so based on this "customer service" I advise all the potential clients to think better before making the decision of buying one of your products.
p.s: I'm still waiting for my product and if you can't do that, I demand a refund. Can you give an e-mail in which there's a possibility that an answer would arise from it ?
