like i said above im going to be buying the gold kit which has the VacX 3 cap included with it and i wanted to know how would you apply that with the xleeve? do you need any other equipment for it? or do i first apply the sleeve with the xleeve applicator onto my penis and then roll it up so my glans is free and then i apply the vac cap on my glans and then roll the sleeve back over the vac cap? or can you just roll the sleeve over the vac hanger and then apply it to your penis like that? and last question do you need to use the anti-fluid tape with the vac hanger or can you go without it? thanks.

The difference in thick or not is just that, it's thicker. The only advantage of the soft thick vs soft is that because it's thicker it's more durable. The soft one that is thinner you have a better chance of tearing on accident. I would probably just get the soft thick. It is recommended to use the soft for sleeping but I've worn the medium for 10 straight hours working with no loss of circulation so you could sleep with the medium or soft thick. The non thick ones are better for day use cause they are basically invisible in your pants. The thick would give you a bigger looking girth in your pants so it would be seen easier. I wear the 9oz with the medium. I'm going to order the 14 and couple hard sleeves and try that out but I haven't yet

ah ok fair enough thanks for that info. in that case because im getting the gold kit which comes with 6 sleeves do you think i should get 3 soft thick and 3 medium sleeves?

You should get at least one hard sleeve so I'd say prob 2 soft thick 2 medium and 2 hard. Your supposed to use the 14oz weight with the hard sleeve. You use the vac cap at night to keep you extended. When you put the weight cap on in the day it creates it's own vacuume and pulls on you keeping it extended plus the weight helps a lot when standing but even when I'm sitting it's still fully extended, just less pull since the weight isn't hanging free. If you have a job where you sit a lot then it's probably better to use the vac cap and leg strap. I stand all day so I use the weight caps. The vac cap has a loop on the end so what you can do is use the leg strap and attach it to the end of the cap the wrap it around your leg to keep a constant pull on your dick while your sleeping. I'm going to order the vac hanger and a couple hard sleeves and 14oz weight. I don't know of it will be too much to wear all day but I know I can wear the medium and 9 all day

Sounds like it has all the options you need to get in stretching all day and night. Since using have you seen new gains? How many hours a day are you using it total?

I just started up pe again about a month ago after a long lay off but I believe I have gained some length and girth in just the month. Of course I've been doing bathmate stretches, jelqs, manuals and wearing the sleeves so I wouldn't know what to attribute my gains to. I also just started using my size genetics again today and was longer in it than ever before. Going to add a little sg in also starting today.I just try to something at all times of the day and figure that should lead to gains. I go for 16 hours in the sleeve. 8 while working with 1lb of weight and 8 while sleeping with just a light amount of stretch. I think I'm up .25 girth and .25-.5 length already in just the month over where I left off a year ago. Going to get an accurate measurement tonight. Guess maybe I should do a routine log

Yes the vac cap that comes with the sleeve set is just one size. The vag hanger cap comes in 3 sizes. Yes the way you described is how you put it on. You then suck the air out of the vac cap with the tube to create the vacuum seal. Once your glands hit the hole then no air can come out and your Vac'd in . Like I said if you use the weight cap you do the same, roll the sleeve up onto the weight then put the tip of your dick on the weight cap and unroll it. With the weight there is no air in there so it will naturally vac up without the use of a tube. You will see the sleeve pulling your dick forward as you slowly unroll it. Just keep yourself stretched out as much as you can while you unroll the sleeve to get the best extension

Yah the vac 3 cap only comes in one size and if you order the sleeve package you just get the one size. If you want to order another cap I would add the vac hanger cap that comes in 3 sizes. It's the latest and greatest cap and costs the same as a vac4 cap so might as well get that one. I'm probably just gonna get the basic hanger pack and add on some hard sleeves and the 14oz weight

I have all the bars on except the smallest one. About 8.5 inches and max tension as you can see zero notches on the rods. I see people all the time with 2 or 3 notches showing and it adjusted out a bunch. That means you need to add more bars

I wore the thick soft xsleeve last night with the 9 oz weight cap for 10 straight hours including 8 hours of sleep. I laid on my back and tossed the weight over the side of my right hip. My dick isn't curved but it does point to the left for some reason so this is why I out it to the right side. All went well no circulation issue. Dick looked long flaccid in the morning

Yeah thanks man I ended up ordering the xleeve gold package with a larger vac x3 cap so I'll see how that goes and ill adjust from there as I'm only starting PE again so no need to go too heavy straight away.

Yes I wore it sleeping I just put the sleeve over my right leg and the weight hung off the side of my leg. Keeps me lightly extended all night. I wore the sleeve about 18 hours total for the day

I took it off a couple times to pee but it takes all of 5 seconds to take it off and another 4 seconds to put it back on right after. It's very easy to take off and put back on. I took a piss at chipotle yesterday and I took it off and put it right back on after. It's only a total of 10 second process
