Yes, thats all you need. The max pressure that I recorded was equivalent to 8lb - although you can't go too long on this. The best is to go for about 3-5lb (about max) and do 5-10 minutes session for 1-2 hours total. Yes your head will turn cold, so take a break. Thats about the right amount of time for lig tear - then do light stretching rest of time.
One of the reason why I've mention to wait is that you really need to do
ADS after this. If you work from home, then
extender is all you need, but if you work in office environment (or anywhere where you are not doing tons of moving about) - you'll need something else.
Extenders (everyone of them) are bit of pain to use out of the house. In addition, because the way
extenders are built, you can only go for so long before break. Mine is not an exception - the only difference between mine and others are the way it grabs and the max stretching.
There is lot of talk about
ADS recently and I truly do believe that you need these after an intense workout. In several occasions, I actually had a shrinkage after very intense workout. Your body is trying to repair what was stretched and will try to retract back - its normal physiology.
I'm not trying to sell you more stuff (you could use/buy any other
ADS), but thats why I always had
ADS along with my
extender for sale.
Currently I'm wearing the new AutoADS for 10 hours a day (about 1-2 hour break total in between). During the normal day - my jr's length vary as much as 2" - with
ADS, its always stretched and my flacid length shows.

extender, but after reading a few posts above by monkeybar I think I don't understand why I wouldn't be able to get max stretching by the autoextender alone...???help me out here though because I thought the autoexender is all I needed for max stretching?
