One more thing. For maintenance, should I use the maintenance program on the members section of MOS or is there a special SRT maintenance program?

pidouble - Did you end up purchasing any tools? IMO, tools are the best way to do PE. I've always recommended tools b/c I like to do other things while doing PE. A resistant band attached to a penis hanger allows for performing manual stretches with no hands. Tools also make PE easier to do in general. Less energy requirement.

Of course hands has worked for many so it just depends on what you really want to do.

A maintenance routine is a simple routine just to keep your dick in good shape.A special maintenance routine does not exist,but you can do something like

warm up
Stretch in all directions - 5 min
Jeling/ssj -5 min
Warm down

It doesn't have to be something fancy.

Exactly. And just add whatever adjustments. Changes should be done in a frequent 2-3 weeks all the time if it's increase in reps/time or adding a new exercise

You really have the never to come back to the Brotherhood after trying to screw us out of all your videos and trying to start your own site? You have some explaining to do about what your motives were, we will all want to know.

This is interesting to come back and read. It is very surprising to see this here at MOS. I never erased any of my videos from MOS. That would be pointless to do because those videos could easily be taken from youtube and xvideo and put on MOS anyways. What are you talking about DLD?

My hiatus from the PE world is due to focusing on businesses that make me money rather then spending time on PE forums and sites

And the reason for me making my free non profitable site is so that all my videos can be in one easy to find place. Not spread out all over forums and pushed to the back of categories.

I went through some of my threads and if you are talking about the xvideo links being deleted those weren't deleted by me. That was xvideos and it was a pain for me b/c I had to upload those videos again to xvideos.

That was just to clarify how xvideos unrelated to what happened here, and he's the only one who could delete the videos from his account. I ready called him out yesterday you didn't see? He just makes the bare assertion that its not his fault.

Well i'm not 100% convinced. How were the videos uploaded and where were they first uploaded.

I understand but what I don't understand is that if what Mike is saying is the truth, why would ykm come back if he did that. There would be no reason to come back if he did what he did. I think ykm is saying the truth and mike probably made a mistake. But we'll see what happens and how this resolves.

Why would you need to start a free PE site when you were already here in the Brotherhood? There is no excuse. You had a great opportunity to really help out guys here and then you just left making an announcement that you were starting your own PE site and we never heard from you again. These are the facts.
