5x5x3 Extended

I will try 1 week 5x5x3 extended to see how my body feels and after that I will try 3x3x2 twice a day and check again too how my body reacts.
I just want to find the best method for this. One last question. How much time between those 2 sets?
Each person has different reset time. Healthy person can range between 3 to 4 hours. Some range between 5 and 7 hours. Some need 12 hours. It varies quite a bit. This is where you have to find your reset time. Try 5 hours first, then 7, or even 24 hours, and somewhere in between. You may have a good day that only need 1 hour. You may have a bad day that need 48 hours or even 72 hours of reset time. You know your body better than we do. So log your PE info as part of a personal medical/health history journal. I do it for all my family members.
 
Because I was clamping for 8 months, my penis - for some reason - has great resistance on HG. I am using the pump at 13HG because under 13HG I am feeling nothing, really. The problem is that because of my erection problems, I enter the pump at 60-70% erect and I have to push to 13HG. If I had 100% erection, I BET I would go max for 8HG.
I put some thought into this, just because you are not feeling anything at 13hg does not mean that 13Hg is not being applied and I'm never at that pressure with any good results. Trust the process and stay at 10 Hg, as tough as it may seem, trust the process, it may take months but so do many things you want in life. If you have to reduce the amount of PE (like 3x3x2 to just once a day) to get to 80-90% erect, that is better than trying to push more pressure with a lower erection. Say to yourself, "trust the process" 10 x a day.

I agree with you. Going hard day in and day out in this manner is not even possible for myself. I go hard but I do not go hard all the time. That is the reason it is important to balance rest and recovery when doing girth work (according to SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory).

For example: I have now done 3-4 days extremely hard, but to gain I now need to let my tissue rest a bit (expanded and elongated) for at least 1 day. If I would do this intensity day in and day out without resting my tissue, my penis would stop working (no erections), and I would probably also stop gaining.

@kriskros I would recommend you to find the sweet spot for gaining (active pe and passive/recovery pe).

There is also a thing called: overworking the tissue. This can happen both with length work and girth work.
1 session per day, or 2 days on 1 day off can be more then enough for you to promote/induce growth.
 
I do not even understand how I have to heal during a GIRTH routine. I understand that in length routine healing with a silisleeve or a bandage is the way to go but in my case where I go for BOTH girth and Length the only "heal" I can do is....to rest a day? like you say 2 days work 1 day off? For some reason my penis hurts at the place I have curvature why's that

When you pee, just remove the cap. The restriction of the urethra is very light. I wear my ADS with 70% restriction and still pee with ease. Just slower peeing speed.

Having to redo your rap every once in a while is important so you have the best stretch you can get
 
Do remember that the 5x5x3 is a baseline routine discovered to be the most effective by the veteran brothers here. However, you don't have to tackle the 5x5x3 each and every time. You must find the most suitable routine to fit your needs. Tailor your needs through the various routines offered.

You're not imaging at all. Actually, it's similar to the 3x3x2 and twice a day I suggested earlier. You can even modified to 2x2x2 at high intensity when you're ready for it. The 1st set is always the warm up set to prime your penile tissue to under stress conditions. The 2nd set is where the true work lies, and the 3rd set is just to further push the expansion to guarantee the cellular membrain breakage and even to deal more membrain breakage to gain additional benefits during stresses period.

Now, let's take your proposal through a microscopic view. If your mental health can allow you to do an initial warm up set without any issue, use baseline pressure at 5 inHg for the SSJ and the pump at a 3 minutes SSJ and 3 minutes pump. Not sure what your baseline is now, but for the 2nd set, if your mental health allows, go 2 inHg higher at less time. Use the 60% to 70% normal erection girth cock ring to trap your blood for 10 minutes interval, with 50 minutes break in between each erection (if possible). That 10 minutes break will create the needed cell membrane repair response, and the 50 minutes without blood trapping to allow cool down time during responses.

If your mental health doesn't allow two sets at a time, you can do 1 set of 5 minutes SSJ to flex the tissues at stronger intensity, 5 minutes pump at higher intensity (if your baseline is 5 inHg, go for 7 inHg), and do the same cock ring method above.

This is about how you can fine tune your method to effectively break the cell membranes and promote expansion based on your current level. If you are successfully achieve your gain while having external issues, you'll lead the brotherhood into a new branch of confirm routine for those with similar conditions. PE is a journey, and each journeyman has his unique criteria. It's not a one routine fits all.

Just a report brother, those with really right tissues internally, SSJ and a few SRT routines broke down the internal tissues for pump priming. This came from those I assist locally and not on MOS. And yes, they are from the medical and scientific communities studying their own bodies for their PhDs. You nailed it a few posts back. By the way, some may reach out to you for references to credit you for their studies.

For most, it truly doesn't matter. We may need to approach this properly after asking them about their penile obstacles and conditions.

Okay, let's provide clarity to the question being asked, using a hypothetical brother:

The brother does the 5x5x3 routine. All went well. For the post-routine cock ring usage, the blood is introduced to the penis, and the volume achieved 70% to 100% of the erected penis volume. At this point, the penis is not erected. Just the restricted blood volume.

Looking down at the penis, the blood volume being restricted in the penis didn't fill up to the post-pumping erected size. Is this what you're asking? If so, don't worry. As long as you can introduce between 70% to 100% of the blood into the penis as best as you can with the cock ring, that's plenty good. Nothing is wrong. The penile tissues is forcing themself to perform healing by regressing into the smallest form possible. This is what we called "turtling" phase. We force the regression by using "anti-turtling" with the post-pump cock ring restrictive approach. The volume of the blood will not reach the post-pumping expanded volume, unless the penis is full erected under restrictive method, and continue to be erected using kegels to add more blood volume in. This is when you truly see the blood volume at the post-pumping expansion. I do this when my wifes like to have a bit of fun after my pumping session to test out the new expanded size.

Never ever go into constricted approach. It's boreline dangerous, if not flat out dangerous. Constriction approach tends to use anything between 40% to 50% of the normal erection girth and not post pumping. This literally choking and kinking the tissues, nerves, and blood vessels into a smaller circumference.

IF and IF you MUST use constrictive approach by trapping blood in because of issues, you CANNOT allow the penis to go cold with the blood beyond 5 mintues. This is practically clamping territory using a cock ring. Your blood will quickly loses its oxygen content and the incidicator is your penis color is turning purple. This is also blood clotting phases. The longer you trap your blood, you're also introducing the blood cells into stravation phase, and possible cell death. It only happens to a few people, but most healthy people can go up to 30 minutes before this happens. My wife suffered this when she accidentally constricted the blood on her fingers for too long (around 25 minutes) when she was a child and destroyed her fingers. Imagine that but for the penis. In additional to constrict the blood, the cock ring may be too small, causing a kink or overpressized on the nerves and blood vessels. This literally mirrors clamping tissue/nerve/blood vessle damage. Not a good thing to do.

Did my 5x5x3 routine.
Put the cockring after 5x5x3 (the cockring i always use)
after 10 mins you said to remove cockring and massage and put it on - so this is what I did.
Another 10 mins passed and did the same.
Then, expansion got lost.
Should I be bothered?
P.S - I did NOT entered the cockring erected. Just flaccid.

Warm your penis up for a few minutes, massage the penis and the areas above the penis to get the blood flowing around the groin, and try with the cock ring again. Let us know if that works for the next 5x5x3 post pumping session. If it doesn't, we'll use a different method.
