He was definitely trying to sell you something.Have you try just 1 form of attack.Try just attacking the ligs and focus on it more then on tunica stretches.One stretch I like to do is the sitting down and pulling down from side to side.I can feel the ligs being tugged on.Also you can never go wrong with btc stretches!....If you still want to do tunica stretches do like ten mins of girth work to wear down the tunica before stretching.I haven't gained from my tunica yet just from ligs but big Al told me about girth work before length work because the tunica is worn down.Lastly you can also do
stamina work right after you finish your routine to help you get a jump start on growth.
