I havent pumped much due to a cyst i got on my shaft, possibly from an ingrown hair but thankfully its going away.
What i have been doing is doing some crazy things with the
extender by itself. Well maybe not too crazy but basically what I have been doing is wrapping the area that im going to strap (a strip of cotton t shirt 1x10 in) then I put the base on then I attach the head piece. You are going to have to use a strap that will not budge even with weights hanging from it. I personally find the black velcro to be the best. This way I can put more bars in because Im not having to pull over them, instead they come from underneath.
Ive been doing only this for length and a few manual streches here and there and im seeing newbie gains again.
I can wear it at the 3rd mark for about 2.5 hours after my rest day (the skin gets sore) but ive been doing cool sets.
I wear it for about an hour at a tension that gets me to about right between the second and third mark. Then I add more tension be it by adjusting the screws or adding more bars. So I end up doing about 5 or 6 intense sets then always in an
uncle jims when im not in the
extender. Or for even better healing i do it with the
extender on but with no tension at all. Bear in mind this is basically
SRT theory which i dont think is theory anymore only with less Penis Enlargement time.
I dont know if you guys can vizualize this way of attaching the
extender but it makes way for much stronger tension. I think im gona make a video later.
I also have been doing erect stretches with a clamp on, these are very intense and very effective at expressing inner penis, not for begginers.
Also, just that one rest day really allows me to wear the
extender for much longer the beggining days of my weekly routine
