Background:
I have had amazing sex with wifey for 14 years and as she says, "The best sex ever" after 6 months of being together along with sex and oral sex she would regularly have the BIG-O orgasm (took 30-45 min), it always took a while going back in forth with sex, I still need to perform oral sex to end it so like 20-25 min of oral sex. Before me, she had 2 partners from 21-27, and the second only achieved a penetration BIG-O orgasm once, only one orgasm in 7 years of sex, can you imagine?. The second my arch-enemy was endowed aprox 8 x 5 but as she mentions, too much so that she experienced pain 2 out of 5 times having sex. Also think about the penetration angle. Putting your woman on a firm pillow to elevate her hips in the missionary position, is also a good tip.

You need to give your woman water as well during sex, that is only fair. You don't want to dry her out.

Think of it as an abnormal plateau for going too hard during a plasticity state. Two weeks rest and plasticity resets for another another phase of gaining.

Even thou 1inch sounds massive it certainly sounds like my experience too. So much yet to discover and learn in this science called PE. But without people like DLD, you and others that practice and also share their experiences we would certainly still be exactly nowhere.

i was refering to the ability of the body to pull your penis back 1", it sounds like a lot to be able to loose, but i feel like ive lost around 0.5-0.8 in the last years

The body can in fact pull up to 3in back into the body. This is referenced to the ligamentary pull and muscles tug back. What you pulled out, or elongated, as the muscles engaged due to fight or flight responses for preservation, they can condense and lock the areas into a harden surface to safeguard the critical organs around it, which is the bladder, prostate, and the pelvic components that balance your lower body portion.

As I have mentioned in the past posts, our penis is the last thing on the body's list to care about. If we ignore the programming process to tell the body to divert resources to penis to maintain and rejuvenate the penis on a continuous basis, the penis will undergo regression. This is why we push for long term cementing by keeping active PE routines even after cementing the gains.

I was always thinking that this happened to me, because it feels that the base of my penis is very dense and strong, almost unelastic compared to the tissue around it, approximately 10cm radius. So what do you do to prevent this besides staying active and doing PE (for at least a year after reaching our goal you wrote?) Are there other things that can prevent this? In your opinion, does the red light lamp also help in preventing regression ? It claims to help increase bloodflow, thus increasing recovery- and healingrate. From a simple 1+1=2 perspective it sounds like it could help, but there are for sure other factors that i do not see. I appreciate your help OaL.

It's a common phenomenon. There's a saying, "If you don't use it, you'll lose it." It applies to muscles, bones, brain, and even life. Since your penis is the last thing on the body's list of body part for survival beside urination and procreation, the body will ignore it 99% of the time until you remind it, constantly.

Yes. Most of us use it after PE routines. Blood flow? No. It promotes cellular energizing for regrowth.

From a simple 1+1=2 perspective it sounds like it could help, but there are for sure other factors that i do not see. I appreciate your help OaL.
