What is a good width excersise. Ive herd abut getting your self about 80% erect then grabing with one hand at the base for support then taking the other hand and grabing the head and rolling ur dick upwards(kinda hard to explain) has any one done that. But when I do it i dont feel any expantion in it so does any one know of a better one?
 
Wantsmore...I think the best glans and girth exercise is this: 80 plus erect; do a slow jelq but very intense. Using and okay grip in right hand, grip as hard as you can at the base and slowly move down the shaft toward the glans. I mean slowly! You are pushing blood into the shaft and into the glans. You can only do a few of these and you will feel the expansion. As you come to the head/glans it will feel like it is going to explode. You will feel the very intense expansion. Doing these regularly will help your girth and enlarge your glans. GS
 
Or try clamping with a Jelq Device / Power Jelqer. Super intense, thought I lost my f*cking glans last night :D
