There are none, at least that I know of.
The implant would be much better than a pill, though.
About tanning yourself the natural way:
just keep in mind that your skin ''remembers'' all the UV exposure you have put it through. Every time your sunburn, or tan for that matter, irreversible damage has been done, which keeps on accumulating throughout your life. If you start visiting tanning salons frequently in your late teens, chances are you'll look 10-15 years older than your peers when you hit your late 30s or early 40s, not to mention the dramatically increased risk for skin cancer.
It is only fortunate that a direct link between careless tanning habits and the less dangerous forms of skin cancer has been established beyond doubt: to my knowledge, malignant melanoma, which is the only lethal form of skin cancer, has very little if anything to do with how much you expose yourself to UV radiation. It commonly occurs in those areas of the body which aren't exposed that much, such as the soles of your feet, your lower back etc, and your genetics are probably the main culprit behind it.
Even so, excessive tanning should be avoided at all costs.
The less lethal forms of skin cancer can still leave a very nasty scar, since they tend to occur in areas which are exposed the most (the face, forearms etc). No sunlight at all isn't good either. You need at least a small dose every day in order for your skin to be able to produce vitamin D effectively.
I for one am looking forward to this new revolution in tanning. I tan well, but I don't like to waste my time lying in tanning booths, so this should be good...
