When I'm doing my stretching a lot of times I'll do my final round with a grip at the base, Expressive Stretching is what I've heard it called. I know I've gotten some growth from there and I plan to keep doing it.

The reason I started was due to glans soreness. It was a nice relief to grip at the base or close to it to finish my routine. However I got to thinking that maybe I'm doing it in the wrong part of my workout. I'm wondering if moving it to the first round of stretches would be better.

My thinking behind this is that anyone at any time can pull from the base of their penis and see a little boost in flaccid length, even if it's just temporary. If you do a round of stretches from the base you're pulling the inner penis out and if you switch to just before the head for the remainder of your stretches you're still pulling the entire penis shaft but also continuing to pull on the base which you just exposed, adding to how much more penis you're stretching. I know normal stretches do work the entire penis length but this is isolating the base first and then stretching everything.

Does this make sense to everyone? I'm so new in my training that any regular stretching I do is going to result in gains; switching things up isn't going to tell me much. More experienced members who have stalled in progress would be better able to say if this has worked to get them backb to gaining and if it did then it'd be a serious gainer for a beginner like myself.

Has anyone tried this variation? Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks for reading and attempting to follow my [sometimes confusing] logic.

Your theory does make a lot of sense. I don't see why it shouldn't bring you more productive workouts to do expressive stretching first.

That being said, incorporating them at this point so early in your journey may annoy you later lol. It doesn't really matter considering you would probably get around the same gains regardless of when you incorporate your expressive stretching. It will be a good experiment for you tho, you will just have a different plateau to overcome vs guys who start expressive stretching after they have their initial plateau. You may gain more in that time period tho, hard to say since everyone is different yet the same. This is just random thought ramblings of no real significance lol.

About the soreness you experience in your glans from stretching, it kinda sounds like your hands may be roughing them up a bit. How's your grip? If you can, maybe try using a buffer between your hands and your glans when doing your stretches. This may help alleviate some of the discomfort. I think it's worth a try at least.

Long story short: Your ideas make a lot of sense and I would love to hear what more experienced guys have to say about it.

Expressive Stretching can be done at anytime during the length workout. Many of the basic stretches can be done Expressively but I would not put all of my efforts there. First, Bundled Stretches should be done prior to a length routine, this will loosen and male the Tunica more malleable making the stretching session more gainful. The basic stretches in the Newbie Routine should all be done as there are possible gains at all of these angles. Again, I would not go exclusively Expressive, but an equal mix might prove to be profitable. The best way, as stated by Char, is by trying.

My hands are rougher than I thought and I noticed it when I started this journey. I usually hold each stretch for 45 seconds which means I end up squeezing a bit harder towards the end of it so I don't lose my grip. When I do bundled stretches for 30 seconds each I don't seem to irritate the head as much. I use baby powder very generously and it helps.

I understand what you're saying about possibly hitting a plateau and since I'm already doing some expressive stretching I wouldn't be able to switch to that. However it may also be possible that it takes longer to hit that plateau because I'm already mixing it in. I may never hit that plateau before I reach my goal.... you're totally right that everyone is different. Hopefully if I do plateau it's right where I want to end up anyway. I guess time will tell.

When I have the time I do an entire set of stretches while bundled, 30 seconds each, each position twice as I twist both ways. Then I'll do 3 sets of each stretch, 45 seconds each, with 2 of the sets gripping behind the glans and 1 set from the base.

If I'm pressed for time I'll drop 1 of the sets of 45 second stretches but keep the bundled sets in there. I've been doing this the past week or two as that's when I realized just how important bundled stretches are for growth.

I'm doing more length work than the Newbie Routine calls for but I don't see that as being a bad thing. You've said length work can be done multiple times a day. While I don't have that luxury I have been able up bump up the volume of my daily length workout.

That reminds me, what did you decide on for your prize for March?

I went with the LengthMaster. It gets such great reviews here and seems that it's second only to the Bathmate (which is awesome). I'm ready for a whole new level of sore from it lol.

Great choice man, look forward to hearing about the gains that come from this.

About the lengthmaster, when using it, is it ok to wrap and use it below the circumcision scar (for those that this applies to)? If I'm picturing this right, it's going to stretch the skin first before it starts working on the internals. Possibly helping with foreskin restoration for those that care?

With that, the Bathmate, my hands, and some patience I can pull, suck, and tug my way to my 7.5" EL goal!

Thank you. Can't wait to start working with it.

That is just fine!

I do my erect stretches daily and I only do them at night. If you have a LengthMaster, you won't hit a pleateau as long as you are changing your routine every 90 days (3 months)

There is no limits on intensity with the LengthMaster, none whatsoever.
