@squirt_inducer_man is being way too pushy with the LengthMaster device, saying that you NEED a LengthMaster is just not true and he should respond with an answer to your question before pushing a product.
You can make gains with the most basic exercises provided that you put enough time and intensity into them. When using devices like extenders they say that per 1000 hours of extending you can expect a 1 inch gain, so in theory if you do that manually with your hands lets say 30 minutes a day at minimum then you will make gains.
I would go for something like a BTC stretch focused stretching session combined with the
Newbie Routine as the BTC angle and the downward angle are the best for the ligament stretching pathway of PE that can yield you some of the fastest manual gains. What I did was the newbie routine followed by 30 mins to an hour of BTC stretch manually at the beginning of my PE journey.
As for girth, if you want manual only then go for conventional Jelqs at the beginning that are included in the newbie routine, then move onto the isolated compression squeeze or the SSJ, which are both incredible manual girth exercises for maximum expansion and ballooning of the penis.
That's all you really need for the manual gains as a begginer.

extender, lengthmaster, pump, weight hanger, ADS, there are many options all of which you can learn about on the forum or you can just ask for further explanation on this thread from myself of another member.
