I have mainly been sticking with developing new exercises for the
SRT Routine. I am creating exercise that are multi-purpose much like the
SRT Size Blasters that cover both length and girth or the Dual Rotary Stretches that cover shaft and internal stretching. Every night I spend a good couple hours learning and practicing new methods. It has been a while since I have felt soreness after training but I am feeling lately with the new exercises. i hope to release more of them soon, just trying to master them before release.
