Wearing My First SiliSleeve

Take your time, you can always add intensity and force but to tone it down is harder.

You could / can wear the Silisleeves for many hours. The more hours you get in healing while elongated, the faster the rate of gains can be. ;) But as said, take your time, this is a nice ride, not a F1 race.

Hey Ark Should I avoid any type of erections while wearing the silisleeves
 
Erections are fine while wearing the Silisleeve, just remember they might shift due to elongation caused by the erection. Appreciate your erections! :)
